How does the point system work? Points are earned by attending meetings, events, and by donating items towards our charity projects and the events we sponsor. Why does Interact use points? In order to Letter or become a Board Member you must obtain a certain number of points, which are kept track of by our Secretary. 150 points are required to earn a Letter. In addition, 150 points are required to run for a Director position or an officer position. If you are currently on the Board of Directors or are an Executive Officer, you must obtain 180 points to letter and be eligible to run again. Can I lose Points? Yes! If you sign up for an event and do not follow through by attending it as an Interact volunteer, your points will be deducted. Who can I contact concerning my points? Please contact our Secretary.
